Free shipping applies to continental United States only. Orders shipping to Canada will be charged an additional $15. International deliveries are not available at this moment. We use USPS for all our shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is always our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to facilitate an exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction, provided the item is in NEW condition (undamaged, unused, untested and resalable). No refunds will be issued.

THE eyeQUSA WARRANTY

The eyeQUSA Riding Glasses warranty covers breakage due to manufacturers’ defects up to one year from the date of purchase. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an Authorized eyeQUSA Dealer. The warranty will be void if the return does not include receipt as proof of purchase and date. eyeQUSA warranty program does not cover scratched lenses, lost screws, accidental damage or damage due to improper care. Any alterations of eyeQUSA products will void warranty. We reserve the right to make final decision on whether the damage is due to a manufacturer’s defect or not.

Warranty Shipping Information

In case of a manufactures defect, eyeQUSA Riding Glasses will either repair or replace your eyewear for a processing, shipping and handling charge of $12.50 per pair. Please make all checks or money orders payable to eyeQUSA. We encourage you to send your items by a traceable method (UPS, Fed EX, US Postal tracking), eyeQUSA is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Ship to eyeQUSA 1427 New Bolton Dr. Port Orange, FL 32129. For further information, please send email to eyequsa@yahoo.com. The fee is non negotiable and must be paid whether the damage is due to a manufacturers defect or not.

When mailing in your eyewear please include the following information to ensure your item/s is processed correctly:

  • Letter stating the problem you are having with our product
  • Your phone number where you can be reached during the day
  • Your return address
  • Package eyewear carefully to avoid further damage. eyeQUSA will not be held responsible for damages caused by improper shipping or non receipt
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for claims to be processed


eyeQUSA Riding Glasses that is not covered under the warranty (due to expiration of 1 year warranty or if the damage is not due to a manufacturers defect) can still be repaired for a reasonable fee. You will be contacted by a consumer service representative if this is the case.
